At Highly Favored Kids, every item is handmade with care in our home studio. Because our products are intended for babies and young children, adult supervision and proper use are always required.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All products should be used under direct adult supervision at all times. Never leave infants or young children unattended while using any blanket, lovey, clothing item, accessory, or handmade product.

Because handmade items experience normal wear over time, customers should inspect products before every use for signs of damage, loose threads, seams, snaps, buttons, stuffing, or other potential hazards.

Discontinue use immediately if any damage is detected.

Some products may contain small parts, ribbons, snaps, tags, stuffing, embroidery, or other components that could pose a choking or suffocation hazard.

Loveys, blankets, and soft items should never be placed in a crib or sleep space with an unattended infant.

Always follow current safe sleep guidelines from your pediatrician and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• No two items are exactly alike
• Minor imperfections are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects

Following provided washing and care instructions helps maintain the integrity and safety of handmade items. Improper washing or misuse may damage products and create safety risks.
